Return and Exchange Policy - Babastra
Your experience matters to us at Babastra. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before reaching out.
Return Window
You have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and must be in its original packaging and all tags and labels must remain intact.
- A mandatory unboxing video must be provided (from the moment you open the package to when the product is fully shown).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized products.
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong or damaged product.
- The unboxing video clearly demonstrates the issue.
- The exchange request is made within the 3-day return window.
Return Shipping Cost
For all eligible returns or exchanges, a flat ₹100 return shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, email us at team@babastra.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and your unboxing video. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account (bank details will be requested during the return process).
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction will be Nadergul, Hyderabad, India.
