  Processing Time

We ship all your orders within 3- 7 working days based on the product category

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to India and Please contact us for International Shipping. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic delivery generally takes 5-7 working days after dispatch, but this can vary depending on the courier and the customer's pin code

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery destination of your order.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 (for domestic orders).
  • Additional charges may apply for express shipping or international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's status via the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas.
  • Some items may be restricted for shipping based on the delivery location or size.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at team@babastra.in . We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as damaged or missing items, please contact us at team@babastra.in  within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
